The online version of the Guide will also reflect the latest updates.  If you have any questions, please give us a call toll-free in BC at 1 800 330-WCEL, contact us by email, or use the feedback form.

If you haven't yet updated your Guide to the November 1999 update, we have also posted a complete PDF version of the Guide, which includes both the November 1999 and March 2001 revisions (see Previous Updates, below).

Updating Your Loose-leaf Guide: Instructions

  1. Save the UPDATES_March_2001file (below) to your computer, and then print it. All of the updated pages are in one single file. You may wish to make double-sided copies of these pages so that they match (and fit) your original Guide. To view and print PDF files, you will need the free Adobe Acrobat viewer, available at www.adobe.com/acrobat.
  2. Remove the pages indicated from your loose-leaf Guide and recycle them.
  3. Replace the pages removed with the new pages. Not all the replacement pages will have new information on them; however, updates elsewhere may have caused the pagination to change.

January 2000: Chalk this one up to experience.  We did not anticipate the number of pages that would need to be replaced with the November 1999 update, nor did we count on people being unable to print or copy double-sided versions of our updates.  As a result, many of you have outgrown the original binders that we provided.  If you would like us to send you a double-sided copy of all of the November 1999 updates which will fit in your binder, please send $5.00 to cover postage and materials, along with your return mailing address, to the following address:
