Smart Bylaws Guide – District of North Vancouver 

Provide water service from the main municipal utility to a maximum elevation of 320 metres (1,050 feet) west of Lynn Creek and to a maximum elevation of 350 metres (1,050 feet) east of Lynn Creek.

[East of Lynn Creek, current development does not extend above the 150 metre (500 foot) elevation and it is highly unlikely that the current limit will change.]
