The Sustainability Checklist is a comprehensive list of questions
for evaluating the design of development proposals. It is divided
into four sections that address the district, corridor, block and
parcel scales.
The Sustainability Checklist is a simple, design-oriented tool
that provides a general sense of whether or not a project adheres to
smart growth principles.
