The Sustainability Checklist is a comprehensive list of questions for evaluating the design of development proposals. It is divided into four sections that address the district, corridor, block and parcel scales.

The Sustainability Checklist is a simple, design-oriented tool that provides a general sense of whether or not a project adheres to smart growth principles.
