On November 26, 2010, First Nations living in the Fraser watershed came together in Williams Lake, BC, to say no to the Enbridge Northern Gateway Project.
Led by Chief Dolores Pollard, members of the Haisla nation sing against Enbridge oil tankers in their waters: "We don't need Enbridge on the Douglas" (Channel). Recorded at the Solidarity of Nations Gathering hosted by the Haisla and Gitga'at peoples in Kitamaat Village on May 29, 2010.
Gerald Amos, councillor of the Haisla Nation at Kitamaat Village, leads hundreds of people in a chant to tell Enbridge that their proposed pipelines and tankers are not wanted in BC and in the traditional territories of First Nations peoples. This message was recorded live on the cellphone voicemail of Enbridge's CEO.
