West Coast Environmental Law has up to 5 recently renovated individual offices for rent, to share with our own staff at our office on West 10th Ave in Kits (2006 West 10th Avenue - one block from West Broadway and Arbutus). The offices are self-contained and fairly large (currently fully furnished). One of the available offices is very large and suitable for the CEO/ED (will fit a small meeting table). All of the offices have windows.

The building is surrounded by trees and close to grocery stores and restaurants, shopping on 4th Avenue, Kits beach, very convenient for public transportation (including a stop on the 99B route and the #16 and #17 that go downtown). The neighbourhood is very safe, the 3-storey building is located away from traffic and next to an elementary school, owned and managed by another non-profit, there are other non-profit tenants in the building as well as a pilates studio.

The rent is negotiable depending on the number of offices being rented, and based on square footage. Rent includes shared use of a large meeting room, kitchen, a small meeting room, wireless internet and fax, janitorial service, recycling and secure shredding service, monitored alarm, secured bike storage, car parking, office furniture (optional). Photocopier/scanner and postage machine available at reasonable per usage rates.
