Justin Fishman

Law Student

Justin is a student at Harvard Law School and a graduate student at the University of Oxford, where he researches philosophy of law. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Reed College in 2016.

This past year at law school, Justin volunteered as a student attorney at HLS Advocates for Human Rights, where he researched avenues for the expansion of international environmental criminal law, and at the Harvard Prison Legal Assistance Project, where he represented incarcerated clients in prison disciplinary matters. He also worked for the Journal of Law and Technology, the Journal on Legislation, and the Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review, and looks forward to serving as an editor on the Harvard Law Review when he returns from finishing his graduate studies in 2020.

He enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors.
