Raina Dhaliwal

Office Administrator

Raina Dhaliwal (she/her/hers) is the Office Administrator at West Coast Environmental Law. She is a first-generation Punjabi living on the unceded and ancestral land of the Halkomelem-speaking peoples. 

Raina brings several years of experience in administration, coordination, and executive-level support across community-based and professional organizations. Her previous roles have focused on supporting leadership teams and managing the behind-the-scenes details that keep organizations running efficiently. Raina first volunteered as a Street Legal Team Member and Social Media Ambassador, helping to promote the organization’s work through community outreach and online engagement. Her experience in both administrative and outreach roles reflects her commitment to supporting collaborative work that advances meaningful and equitable change. 

Raina is passionate about advancing equity, environmental justice, and Indigenous law revitalization. As the Office Administrator she is dedicated to ensuring the day-to-day operations that support WCEL’s mission and staff run smoothly. 

Outside of work, Raina enjoys reading, exploring nature trails, and travelling.
